VS89 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Rules & Policies

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "VS89" refers to the online entertainment platform operated under the domain vs89.vu, including the website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using VS89's services.
• "Platform" refers to the entire VS89 digital infrastructure, including the website, app, and support systems.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Contact VS89 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

VS89 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in maintaining the security of their account. Should any unauthorised access occur, please contact our support team within 24 hours.

Your VS89 account is for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or allowing third-party use of your account is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

VS89 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through a secure, integrated payment gateway.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 20 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit limit depends on the selected payment method.
• Deposits via local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong) are processed within 1–5 minutes.
• Deposits via digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are processed instantly.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 business hours depending on the time of request.

VS89 offers members a wide variety of bonuses, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered the required number of rollover times (typically 5x to 20x depending on bonus type) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within this period will expire automatically.
• Betting Limits: When using bonus balance, the maximum betting limit is generally RM 10 per bet unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

• VS89 system decisions are final in all cases unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• Should an internet connection disruption occur during an active game, any bets already placed are considered valid and the game outcome will be recorded by the vs89 server.
• VS89 reserves the right to void any game or bet affected by a technical error, and any wagered funds will be returned to the member's account balance.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• VS89 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, cap winnings, or restrict access to certain games for accounts displaying unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the VS89 platform:

• Registering or using multiple accounts (including using another person's name, address, or personal details).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or manage accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Uploading fraudulent identity documents or providing misleading information during the KYC process.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or digital wallet that does not belong to you for deposits.

• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other members or vs89 support staff.

VS89 provides its online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted continuity of service. To the extent permitted by law, VS89 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions, delays, or technical errors beyond the reasonable control of VS89.
• Losses arising from a member's own negligence, such as loss of login credentials or use of an unsecured device.
• Third-party content or actions that may affect the use of the VS89 platform.

VS89's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

A VS89 account may be terminated in the following ways:

• By Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting VS89 customer support. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you.
• By vs89 (with notice): VS89 may terminate an account by providing 30 days' notice via email for legitimate business reasons.
• By vs89 (immediate): VS89 reserves the right to close an account immediately and without notice should a member breach any term in this document, particularly in relation to prohibited activities.

Upon account closure, all your personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable law before being permanently deleted. Account closure decisions resulting from a breach of terms are final.

VS89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. The procedure for notifying members of amendments is as follows:

• Material amendments (that directly affect members' rights and responsibilities) will be communicated via registered email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.
